From there, your program is built specifically for you and supported through ongoing communication, accountability, and regular coaching support.

  • How will I receive my program?

    Your training program will be delivered digitally and can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or computer. You'll receive everything you need to follow the program confidently, including exercise prescription, progression guidance, tracking tools, and a personalised program walkthrough.

  • Can I submit videos for technique feedback?

    Yes. Depending on your coaching package, you may be able to submit exercise videos for technique review and feedback. This allows coaching support beyond the written program and helps ensure exercises are being performed safely and effectively.

  • How often will my program be updated?

    Program updates depend on your coaching package and training needs. Programs are not changed for the sake of change. Adjustments are made when needed to support continued progress, address challenges, and ensure your training remains aligned with your goals.

  • What equipment do I need?

    Equipment requirements depend on your goals and training environment. During the consultation process, we discuss what equipment you have available so your program can be built around your situation rather than forcing you into a setup that doesn't suit your lifestyle.

  • Is coaching suitable if I have previous injuries?

    Absolutely. Previous injuries, training history, limitations, and current capacity are all considered during the consultation process. Training is then structured around your circumstances to help you train effectively while managing risk and building long-term resilience.

  • How quickly will I receive my program?

    Once onboarding and payment are completed, your program will be delivered within 48 hours.
